Why should I do a 1-on-1 Virtual Mock Audition?
For a Performing Arts student, your audition is the most important + heavily weighted component of your college application process! The most important things deserve a trial run - period. You wouldn’t open a show without a Final Dress Rehearsal, right? Right!
When should I schedule a 1-on-1 Virtual Mock Audition?
We highly recommend that ALL applicants participate in at least 1 Virtual Mock before beginning auditions. 1-2 weeks before your first college audition is ideal (so you have time to implement any notes + feedback)!
Can I do multiple 1-on-1 Virtual Mock Auditions?
Absolutely! You can schedule 1-on-1 Virtual Mocks at ANY time throughout the audition season to keep your audition game in tip top shape. We encourage 1-on-1 Virtual Mocks for:
- Building confidence with auditioning
- Testing new material before adding it to your rep
- Refreshing your audition package before Unifieds
- Running School-specific rep (ie: Shakespeare for BoCo)

Our amazing team of MCA Coaches! Our coaches are professional working artists who have performed on Broadway stages and television screens across the globe. As seasoned educators, they have coached hundreds of students to audition success + know exactly what it takes to nail your auditions.
What will I get notes on?
1-on-1 Virtual Mocks are designed to provide comprehensive feedback on your entire audition package. Notes may include: performance of your material; technical setup (WiFi, sound, lighting, framing), audition outfit, handling of interview questions + artistic adjustments, slating, headshot + resume, overall preparedness, first impression, confidence, etc.
